In the fall of 2023, the KU BBA International Program had the privilege of hosting two special lecture sessions led by Mr. Arno Immelman, Assistant Dean for International Affairs at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Prince of Songkla University, and Co-Founder of Swift Escape Global.

On October 28, 2023, our 3rd-year Management students participated in a full-day session from 9 am to 4 pm. The focus of the lecture was “Distributive vs Integrative: The Real Practices and Bargaining Negotiation.” Mr. Immelman’s expertise in negotiation strategies created an interactive and dynamic learning environment where students actively engaged in discussions, gaining practical insights and understanding of real-world negotiation scenarios.

A week later, on November 4, 2023, we were delighted to welcome Mr. Immelman back for a second enriching lecture. This time, he delved into the fascinating subjects of negotiation psychology and cross-cultural negotiations. His insights provided our students with a comprehensive understanding of international business interactions, further enhancing their global perspective.
