On October 17, 2024, the fourth-year students of the KU BBA International Program hosted an exceptional seminar focused on building brands and enhancing customer experiences within the culinary industry. This program aimed to empower students with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complexities of establishing an international brand in the Thai market while maintaining quality and service excellence.
Key topics discussed during the seminar included strategies for building an international brand in the Thai market, achieving consistent quality and service excellence, adapting global concepts to local tastes, and emphasizing customer experience as the foundation of a successful restaurant. Renowned Chef Paweenuch Yodprechavigit, winner of MasterChef Thailand Season 1 and a top contender in the Next Iron Chef shared her invaluable insights with attendees.
The event commenced with remarks from Assistant Professor Dr. Suparerk Sooksmarn, Associate Dean for Administration, and participants were warmly welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Waranpong Boonsiritomachai, Director and Secretary of the KU BBA International Program.
