The Faculty of Business Administration at Kasetsart University and Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in Poland collaborated significantly in business education.
Associate Professor Dr. Sasivimol Meaampol, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at KU, and Associate Professor Dr. Bordin Rasameethes, Advisor of the Faculty; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pattaragit Netniyom, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the KU BBA International Program, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thamrongsak Svetalekth, former chairman of the board of directors at KU BBA and associate dean of the faculty of business administration, met with distinguished representatives from Wroclaw University. The delegation from Wroclaw University included Prof. Dr. Hab. Marek Kośny, Vice-Rector for Research, and Dr. Hab. Barbara Mroz-Gorgon, a prominent professor at the institution.
The meeting centered around establishing a Memorandum of Understanding to facilitate student and faculty exchanges and collaborative academic research initiatives. This partnership aims to enhance students’ educational experiences and foster a global perspective in business studies.
Furthermore, Dean Associate Professor Dr. Meaampol participated in the “Do It: Launch in Poland” conference held at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business on October 11-12, 2024. This conference provided a platform for sharing innovative ideas and practices in business education.
This collaboration promises positive impacts, encouraging cross-cultural learning and research that benefits students and faculty alike. KU and Wroclaw, University of Economics and Business, are expanding their horizons and embracing the global business education landscape.
